Terms of use

In force since: September 6, 2026. Last updated: September 9, 2026.

The version in force is the one published at this address; every change is dated here. This English page is a translation: the French version is the original, and it prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Nature of the service

Levier is a tool that helps prepare applications for public funding. It is not legal advice, accounting advice or tax advice. It does not guarantee that any funding will be obtained.

Every program the service flags must be validated against the official normative framework that governs it before any application is filed. The service guides the preparation; it does not replace checking the eligibility conditions with the body that administers the program.

2. Subscription and pricing

PlanAnnual price
Essentiel$390 (plus tax)
Pro$990 (plus tax)
Cabinet$2,490 (plus tax)

The subscription is annual and renews automatically on its anniversary, unless the user cancels before the renewal date. A founding rate may be offered to the first subscribers for a limited time; its conditions are stated at the moment of signing up. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies: a user who is not satisfied may ask for a full refund of the subscription within 30 days of the purchase, by writing to contact@asgo-ia.ca. This guarantee applies once, on an account's first subscription; renewing or changing plan does not give a new right to it.

No percentage is taken from the amounts obtained through the programs the service flags. The only amount charged is the price of the subscription.

The user may cancel the subscription at any time from the account page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

3. Accuracy of the information provided

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the business. The results of the service depend directly on that information.

4. Intellectual property

The program database and the texts produced by the service remain the property of BORÉAL.IA inc. The subscription grants a licence to use them to the subscribing business, for its own applications — or, under the Cabinet plan, for its clients' files. That licence excludes any resale or redistribution of the content to third parties. Quoting the service with attribution to “Levier — by ASGO” is welcome; systematic reproduction of the database is reserved.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on the basis of the public information available when each program was surveyed. BORÉAL.IA inc. cannot be held liable for a refusal, a delay or a change to a public funding program by the body that administers it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Quebec. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Québec.
